At VoluGlow, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please review our policy below.

Returns Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we accept returns only on unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at luisserrano032008@gmail.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

• Final sale or promotional items
